Just finished my second film using ABS as our payroll house. Their upload system is extremely user friendly. We've also been assigned very attentive and easy to reach representatives that have helped us in our execution and understanding of their system. Looking forward to using ABS on many more projects to come.

I approached ABS with a small project and their staff and, in particular, our payroll coordinator Violet Romero, handled it like it was a big one. From my first inquiry to wrapping up the final payroll, I always felt like all attention was on my project, with efficiency, attention-to-detail, precision and care. Violet and ABS made my job easier so I could tackle the other one million production fires that had to be put out.

I love ABS - they are so dependable AND they are so nice! I had tons of questions and they were always at the ready with answers, not once treating me as though I should have known. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used ABS on two Modified Low Budget Features and they were fantastic on both! Whenever we had payroll questions, especially SAG related, they were extremely patient and knowledgeable! It made the process much less stressful and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

I have been using ABS for a few short months to process my company's entertainment payroll. Though I have experience issues of items not uploading, when I upload over 25 items my representative displays great customer service to get us through. Several times we have experienced start paperwork files not showing on his end but showing as uploaded for me. Again he displays patience and customer service and asks me to re-upload it again, sometimes it works and I believe once I had to sent it to him. With my many, many timecards with information sometime missing and acronyms listed that I forget to tell him what they mean, he always shoots me an email back with a Thank you and a smile.

I have worked with ABS Entertainment Payroll on 6-7 projects over the past 5 years and I am always thoroughly amazed at their professionalism, speed, and friendly service. They are a boutique payroll company that shows individualized service to every one of their customers. I hire them at every opportunity to handle our payroll for features, short films, etc. You can't go wrong with these guys! They know their stuff and they're there to help!

As a small, independent SAG signatory project, ABS was the best choice we could have made! Justin and Kris were professional, attentive and refreshingly caring. ABS was very easy to work with. I had a very last minute payroll need and they jumped right in and treated my small account with the utmost courtesy and attentiveness. I would recommend them.

I was working on a tiny web series, but wanted to do it right. I had no idea how to do taxes, union P&H contributions, etc. And I was positive no one would handle a project this small. But ABS was fantastic at a really low service fee. Kris and Daniel got me set-up, then Fanny took me through the process. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely use them again. They're the best.

And they do what they do professionally, thoroughly, and good-naturedly without drama. My first experience with ABS happened to be an extremely complicated forensic accounting problem involving numerous parties, and despite the many challenges they took it on and saw it through successfully to the end. Throughout the long and often frustrating process, everyone at ABS persevered and never lost their patience with us. We couldn't have done it without them. And after having resolved this nightmare, I've no doubt that more straightforward production needs will be a dream!

ABS payroll has been amazing to work with! They are quick and responsive. Every time I've needed clarification on something they take the time to answer all my questions. They are detailed and communicate well. I will definitely be using them again and again.

The actual payroll services provided by ABS were great. Problems arose when trying to get a refund of the initial payroll deposit. First off, be very aware in the contract that ABS can / will hold your money for 60 days... at least. And there's no time limit. Basically, ABS can keep your money as long as they like. Took me over 75 days to get my refund, after multiple requests. Not so friendly for the cash-crunched indie filmmaker.
