I ordered a picture for a gift but when we opened it there was an indent on the canverse. this happened through tranport. I phoned up Abstract to report this and they were more than helpful, I recieved a new painting within 2 days.

We accidentally ordered the wrong colour frame but we got a prompt reply saying we could exchange free. However when the artwork arrived we were happy with the gold frame. Very quick delivery - lovely colours and nice gold frame - very well packaged.
