I order a sweatshirt and right after I ordered I realized I ordered the wrong size I immediately tried to call 3 times and email 3 times asking to up size, but no response from abstracto world. Now I have a $41.96 hoodie that doesn't fit. They will only exchange damaged good but, had they replied I wouldn't be out over $40 dollars. Terrible customer service. Not to happy my son is getting a hoodie that doesn't fit for christmas

I ordered a item spent almost $50 it’s been 2 weeks I still never got a tracking number and I emailed them couples times nothing I feel I got scammed and that’s crazy I advise nobody to shop from them and report them

Ordered a hoodie with 10$ two day shipping accidentally a small emailed them to switch it to a large they emailed me immediately and said they would change it it has been almost a week and i have sent them three emails just to get a new tracking number and make sure it was fixed they havnt responded to three emails in over a week i dont even know if im getting the hoodie or they just took my money pretty disappointed i wouldnt order anything from here if i were you.

Only gave 1 star cause it makes you. I paid for a shirt a month ago and still hasn't been shipped. Nobody responds back to emails at all. Took my money and that's about it. Request for a refund and no response. Don't be fooled like I was and avoid this company at all cost

I also have been waiting on an item for over one month. They sent tracking info but nothing has ever been attached to the number. Now they are not responding. Looking more in more like this company is a fraud.

Do NOT waste your time and money with this site. I ordered a custom T-shirt and at first received an email thanking me for the order. It was supposed to receive within 1 week. There's been no response to my emails or website contact forms over 2 months later. Over a month ago received an email that order was cancelled and stated I would get a refund. I've still not received it and still no response to emails asking about it. I filed a transaction dispute with my bank, which takes up to 90 days. When you call the number listed on their website you get a message that mailbox is full and can't accept messages. This company is a scam, period. Luckily, I only ordered one item and haven't lost much money.
