Not an ethical seller. Misrepresent their location. They are in China. I have purchased many items without issue from China but this seller sold me a monitor cable that doesn't work with the HP 2711X model I need.
Am now dealing with them on a return and replace. They have admitted the error but will not pay for return shipping nor a refund. Asking me to spend more $ to buy a different cable. Thankfully using PayPal should protect me.
To other buyers, this site is not worth the headache.

I phoned the number I got from Argos Customer Service helpline, a British one 01162122754 and got A Power Supply Unit within 2 days through Royal Mail. All working great

I should have checked the reviews first... I ordered an adapter from this site in early September. It took almost a month to arrive, which wasn't great, but when it did, it looked in good condition and worked perfectly. Unfortunately, within a month, the adapter came loose from the cable. The plastic coating broke away and wires are now visible. I messaged the company to ask for a replacement and received no response. I have since messaged again and 2 weeks later, nothing. Very disappointing and terrible behaviour for a company.

Very sketchy website, but I got what I ordered... sort of? They claim to be Canadian and design their website to make it seem like they are a Canadian company, but they're based in China and ship from there as well. I ordered a laptop charger and it took about 2 and a half weeks to get to me, which I was fine with because it wasn't urgent. I was told I would get local tracking number but instead I had to use a 3rd party Chinese tracking website, and never could get my tracking number to work with any local carriers. When the product arrived it wasn't exactly as expected... I thought I was getting Delta charger but ended up getting a Chicony charger instead but it was fine because it still connected to the laptop and the inputs and outputs were all the same. It had a couple of light scuff marks on it but that could have been because of shipping... They don't really give too much protection to their packages. After placing the order and reading these reviews I was very worried that I had just wasted my money, and although it wasn't a perfect transaction I got what I needed, and it was more than half the price of the next best seller.

Amazing service, just received my laptop battery sooner than expected. Saved a lot of money with AC Adapter service. Reliable provider.

This company is not Canadian or American. They operate from China. I ordered and they sent me a used/refurbished adapter that was all scuffed up. It doesn't even work. I asked them to return it and they said no and offered me $5 back. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

Do not buy from this website!!!
They are not operating in the UK even though they have a co.uk website. Nominet have advised that there is no registered address for their website so are requesting details from their hosting company.
I bought a laptop charger as I believed it was a UK company. It promoted 30 day returns on home page. When I contacted them for a refund 'Jeffrey' replied I needed to post it back to China!!!
This is not stated in their terms and conditions and the return address is not stated as being in China.
This is a scam website, masquerading as a UK website and needs to shut the website down asap!!!

I used their ac-adapter.ca site. The site is plastered with all sorts of Canadian logos and maple leaves. I ordered an adapter that showed as being in stock in Canada. It was to arrive in 2 - 9 days by Canada Post ExpressPost . Instead, my order is pushed to a Chinese warehouse and a fake tracking number is issued. Their email I received as “proof of shipment” has four different tracking tool links on it. None of them can find my order using the tracking number I was given.

I hope that I will get my product in a few months, but I really, really doubt it.

Now I’m stuck buying an adapter for my laptop locally. So instead of saving money, I paid twice.

Lesson Learned.

I am so glad that I used Paypal and not my credit card.

Ordered a battery for my HP Laptop. It took over three weeks to arrive. The battery works well. I'm about to order another for a different laptop.

I ordered a replacement battery on 26/4 for my HP Probook G3 which dated from 2015. I'd actually had one from Amazon but had to return it because it did not work ( old stock ). Li-ion batteries don't store well for 2 years. Anyway, despite a 10-day wait, the tracking link provided finally showed the battery in the country and with Yodel and so it arrived at about the 2-week mark. So this battery was new ( made 12/20 ) and works amazingly as I now have 5.5hrs battery life on my Laptop. So I'm very pleased with it.

SCAM! I ordered the lenovo battery and it came completely dead. Wrote 5 emails to the seller and never receive one replay. I contacted paypal for assistance and I was told that I must return the battery to China for £108 to receive the refund.

Unfortunately didn't read these reviews before ordering. 5 hrs after order tried to cancel. I've been totally ignored. They're obviously going to send item and keep my monies. Be interesting to see what they send given its supposed to be a Dell genuine item UPDATE I have received a reply offering refund less £1 PayPal fee. Satisfied with that.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered an MSI original laptop charger and they sent me an Asus charger claiming that it's the same charger and when u try to return it for a refund they make u pay for the return postage and u have to send it back to china which properly cost more than the charger. Never again

Like so many others, I should have read these reviews before I purchased a battery for my laptop but I got suckered into thinking they are in the UK because of the dot-co-dot-uk address.
The battery was faulty and of course you cannot return a battery to China. This is 1 millimeter this side of a scam because they know this.
I have opened a case with PayPal but I'm not holding my breath.

Good: Laptop battery arrived on day 15. I just wanted to offer others on here that assurance.

Bad: Zero communication / email replies. Yodel tracking info link offered no clue as to the shipment status, even the day before arrival. Website is misleading as they imply they have stock within the UK.

Ordered a charger which I needed to arrive quickly. As I thought it was a UK based company, I ordered one expecting it to arrive soon. I then realised, by the expected delivery date I was given, it was based in China. I emailed them asking for a refund and promptly received a reply and a refund. I can't comment on any actual product.... just my customer service experience.
