The enrolment process was quick and straightforward. They were also very quick in responding to emails and setting everything up. I hope that the quality of service provided will remain this high throughout the entire duration of my study.

Really easy enrollment process, Natalie at Acacia was very helpful. The team were quick to come back to queries, all round a good service.

Student support are amazing, especially Liisa and Natalie that enrolled me. The level 5 lectures were great and the tutors are exceptional. I would recommend Acacia, they have a great website as well.

I’ve found the experience of doing my course with acacia learning to be very poor, specially in regards to the admin/student support side. The teaching standard varies, with some teachers notably better than others.

I’ve had my direct debit taken on the wrong date, despite confirming in writing the day to be charged, with no apology for this error. Cancelled classes, emails sent to me incorrectly for modules I’m not due to take, having to be followed up multiple times by confused teachers and admin themselves! Learning options aren’t flexible at all, with one module only having teaching dates on one day of the week, from July onwards. How does this work for people who work in an office and can’t get home in time for the course to start? This means having to wait months (and I’m talking 7 months until weekend dates will be released to complete that module!)

Student support are quick to get back to you when they are signing you up and taking your money but I promise you, the second you become a student the communication drops drastically and communication is poor. Your ‘personal tutor’ takes over a week to respond and once, responded to me ‘have you tried Googling it’ in response to me asking for the source material from an unsourced quote in one of the lessons.. so so shocking!

Having used other providers previously, I do not recommend Acacia and will be completing my level 7 elsewhere. Acacia are pricier than competitors and the student support service is a shambles.

Samson was really helpful and quick to respond. The course looks good and enrolment was really easy - which was a breath of fresh air from my last experience with another provider. There are quite a few options to choose when to do your modules but I'd suggest asking to see the timetable upfront, as whilst it mentions you can do one module a month, there are limitations to which ones are available in which months so takes a little planning.

I signed up with Acacia to do my Level 5 diploma in strategic people management. The tutors who deliver the classrooms are great but the rest of it is a complete shambles. They have destroyed my motivation through marking errors, no accountability and no support, empty promises and fobbing me off. My last assignment was returned to me in error by the marker on 26th June after submitting on 15th June. Myself and several other students are currently still waiting for our assignments to be marked after 6 weeks. I have been in contact countless times via the tutor and student services and still waiting. I now have one week left to have my assignment marked and to utilise my other 2 submission attempts before the deadline of 31st July which is clearly impossible given it has taken 6 weeks so far to get my first submission marked. This has caused huge stress and unnecessary upset. I would never recommend Acacia to anyone, after my experience with them. When I signed up in December and paid out a lot of money, I was so excited to start my level 5, this motivation has now been successfully crushed thanks to Acacia. Awful experience.
