Wonderful customer service. Great company
Wonderful customer service. I only wanted 1 small item , a power source e for a 6' nutcracker but couldn't find it anywhere. They adapted an AC power source for me and sent it for free to see if it worked. It was overnight delivery. All communication by WhatsApp and telephone as I am 200 miles from them. Very special service. Will always have my custom now.

Went to this place and was greeted buy a very odd fellow with very long fingers and a chin to match and a strange voice.

Very helpful. Fast response and fast delivery
Didnt know what plug i needed to buy. Messaged them on whatsapp and with less than 48 hours (over the weekend) they told me the plug i needed with a link.
I brought it straight away and came within 2 days

Not the way it should go
I both a adapter and you send it to a wrong adres.
When I ask to send it to the right adres you ask me to order it again. I don't think this is how you solve a problem. And I paid 22,31 euro and get 12,66 euro back. So I lost 9,65 euro.
