Little man Nigel was running around flying a drone about and shouting ‘you don’t own the airspace’ - shambles of a place!

Really poor service. Needed an adapter for a green trouser press but the one they sold me was broken when I opened it. Spoke to a fella called Nigel who was pretty rude and wouldn’t give refund. Now with trading standards.

Dreadful Service
No customer services skills whatsoever, telephone manners appalling and no knowledge of the industry giving false and incorrect information.

Awful company,this man goes out of his way to cause issues with other companies and calls himself an auditor when in fact he’s just a nuisance to society

So happy with the customer service I received! I bought a wire that was too big for the device I need it for, they requested that I sent images of what I needed the wire for and sent me the correct one! Definitely recommend thanks again for all the help

I have a floor standing craft light where the plug broke so got in touch with the company I bought it from. No response. Went to AC Adaptors, supplied them with all the details plus photos and ordered the one they suggested which works perfectly. Great experience.

DON'T give this company your money, it is owned by a little man that goes around the UK harassing and belittling normal people carrying out their day to day lives. Why this needs to be said on here is the owner seems to think he is entitled to annoy and agitate other business yet people can't comment on his.

I have seen on social media the way the owner of this business treats people and in my opinion we should treat him as he treats others DO NOT BUY.

While this will be a cyber attack it is no way different to the way DJ Audits (owner) attacks other business so I am now auditing the customer service and their response to this review to see if it can be increased to 2/3 stars.

So folks are you can see the company have claimed its a fake review, however as I dont review anything other than the brainless owner who hassles other businesses then not really a cyber attack, PS terrible way to treat a member of the public as DJ fraudits would say

Can’t believe how quickly it was delivered and the transformer itself is the original make and fantastic value. Great company to work with, fully deserve the 5stars.

On 5th August I ordered a replacement AC adaptor for our Hagen dog drinker after the original failed (much to the distress of our English Setter Ollie!). The replacement adaptor was despatched the same day to our address in France and it was delivered today, 9th August. Excellent service, informative web site and very swift delivery - and no problems with Customs clearance or postal delays. First rate!
