Looking for wellness outside the clinical world
As a Registered Nurse looking for answers away from the Western allopathic approach, studying at the Academy of Healing Nutrition elevated my understanding on wellness. My perspective on health has positively shifted and this has influenced my perspective and practice in my everyday. I am so grateful to the teachers and the community it's given me.

As a ‘wellnessprenuer’ this course saved me time and in researching and understanding current knowledge and ancient wisdom by catapulting me to the forefront of what we know today about nutrition for longevity and living a balanced life with the best remedies nature has to offer.
The course combines ancient healing modalities and methods of living a balanced lifestyle and great nutrition while learning about superfoods and how and when to use them, recipes and rituals to incorporate for better overall health.
Learning about Traditional Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda, while also being mindful of modern medicine. It really felt like I was getting the best combination of knowledge available today and the practical methods for how to use that knowledge is priceless. It truly helped me understand balanced nutrition and know enough to create best selling functional food products ethically. Thank you AHN
