Edinburgh Corn Exchange - Great venue for music but dreadful for getting to the bar and then finding out they don't have zero alcohol beer. The queues were at least 30 mins for the bar at the Skerryvore gig. The staff were doing their best but they needed more help. Things would move faster if they didn't serve beer on draft.

I give up on AMG gigs. They won't care but they have lost a customer. They make it too difficult and i think haven't even noticed they have actual human customers. I'm going to the Brixton Academy tonight, a venue I've liked for many many years. But I don't live in London so usually make a day of it in town and/or stay with a friends. Can do neither of those things now as i can't even take a small rucksack into the gig. What if I was coming straight from work, what am i meant to do with my stuff

Then the admin to get into the gig: endless emails with instructions, have to save this, transfer that, can't have 2 tickets on a phone everyone must have their own, i presume to force everyone to download the Ticketbastard app

Luckily there are plenty of shows I can go to without their crap. But AMG? I don't think they are in the slightest aware of customers, purely just sales units. Too many rules to suit them at the expense of making it awkward for me, esp the idiotic bag policy. So I'm done.

The O2 Academy in Sheffield. I needed to make an enquiry based on my disability. Their designated email address for this bounces and they don't reply to any of the other emails. Their phone lines never seem to be answered, and their policies for bringing bags seems to discriminate against those who need special equipment with them.
