I dealt with endless postponements and vague excuses about my withdrawal. Leinș felder intervened and recovered everything smoothly.

This is an absolute waste of a government department. A major telecommunication company ported my phone number to them against my express instructions. I was left with no mobile phone and have a disabled wife at home who is prone to falls. I had to drive to a shop to get them to fix it. I reported them to the ACCC but apparently this is not their department. If that's the case, why don't they have the ability to flick it across to the correct department instead of making the user go through the entire process of reporting it again? What a pack of dolts.

I have nothing nice to say about these scammers who attack cardiac n spine injury n violence victims who are on disability. They stole courses on me many times , one was a biomechanics short course so others were short courses in health to degrees n masters n doctorates in udemy n the university of Milan fashion. It's clear traitor n unprofessional greedy bigot works here with far too much entitlement n misuse of power. Never have excuses or follow ups in their so called investigations. I am trying to contact ACCC for last 3 months. But no one attending the calls and replying to online enquiring.
I do not think that sending email to info email of ACCC will be useful.
