When I watched the "Sam Kwak webinar", it was during a time I was concerned about being able to keep my home, due to some "life changes". I decided to take advantage of their free payoff calculation and was actually able to knock 20 yrs off my mortgage, saving over $200k in interest! I spoke w/ Albert, who was very professional and helpful (& without being pushy). Patrick, my strategist, has been amazing as well. I booked a call w/ him later to ask about getting a HELOC for my rental, and he told me within two minutes why it wasn't a good idea at the time. That could have been a very costly mistake! Shortly after becoming a client, I got an email that they were hiring appointment setters, and I filled out the application right away. Accelerated Strategies is a great program. You’re not just given information and done. Your process is assisted by your strategist. It’s the guidance you need through the process to make sure you stay on track and hit your goals. I was skeptical at first. Mikkei our strategist has been there to assist with the process and answer any question I have to make the process a breeze.

We all work hard for our money. I can honestly say that this program is legit, and everyone at this company just wants to help. This strategy opened my eyes to the possibility of not having a mortgage forever! A huge shout out to our strategist, Aaron Anderson, and our qualification specialist, Chris Morrow. The owner Sam Kwak is honest and straightforward. I am new to this and being an investor, but I can take my time and learn. Stop listening to the banks! Hey Mikkei.

Just wanted to thank you for all your help & guidance in helping me secure my 1st position HELOC.

That action has allowed me to eradicate (8) credit cards and (1) auto loan all totaling some $127K. Surprisingly managing all that debt I am now paying $400 less for my HELOC loan than I was for my mortgage loan.

For reference from my 1st Accelerated Banking strategy session to the day my HELOC loan was officially open/active took literally 56 days.

This HELOC literally saved my financial life. I now go to bed with far less worry and greater peace of mind.

Have your goal. Trust the process. Trust the strategist/coach you’re working with. Remember, they were once where you are too.
