Once you've been submitted to the IRS, unless you take advantage of the ERC Advance option, we are subject to IRS wait times. Currently, it takes 6 to 12 months for the IRS to review and process your amended 941x. This timeframe can vary depending on the IRS's workload and processing times. We continuously monitor your account for any updates or alerts from the IRS and reach out if there's any issues or additional information needed.
