Prompt, reliable and at reasonable costs

I required an urgent garage door repair for my 97 year old mother. From the courtesy I received from Morgan on the initial telephone call to the repair being done 3 hours later I can’t thank him and Jeff enough. They understood the vulnerability of my mother and showed empathy throughout. I can highly recommend this company without reservation.

The whole process was simple and no hassle - all appointments were met and timelines accurate. Local firm with many years in the business gave added confidence and having their own installer was good to know. All round a very good experience and our compact roller shutter door works well and we are very pleased with the quality and finish.

Our garage door was installed 3 years ago and suddenly stopped working. I emailed the Croydon branch and John Hain replied straight away giving me some things I should check and once I had switched the power off & on again it was working as normal. Thanks very much John for excellent customer service and saving me the price of a call out

Kevin, the fitter, was brilliant, and very particular about making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Went out of his way to do this and even worked late to get the job finished. Replacement Garage Door. Very good sales staff and surveyor, good advice on types available. Installation was on date agreed and installer very efficient and excellent install. Went through how the electric door worked. Left area reasonably clean and removed all debris. Will be recommending Access Garage Doors Ltd.

From my first email contact and subsequent telephone calls the company has been good at getting all the information together to carryout a service to my garage doors and provide a new key fob and keeping in touch with me. This is now done and all went well. The replacement of the worn out bristle seals has taken longer and not quite finished but all the type and supply issues are being dealt with.
