Accessible Chair Yoga CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to making yoga truly accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, health condition, or life circumstance. We specialise in chair yoga and adaptive yoga education, equipping yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, social care practitioners, fitness instructors, and community organisations with the skills, confidence, and resources to safely share the benefits of yoga with people who may not be able to access traditional mat-based yoga.
