AccessPay support is very bad, the app does not work and making a claim so difficult. They have cost me a lot in mistakes and mis-informattion. I find their website information and app outdated. Their online help no exsistent and now on a PH absolutely no support at all, costing me once again.

This Company has taken me for a ride. They have withheld money when they were required to release it and refused to answer any correspondence in regard to this issue.

Accesspay used to be good and transfer my pay directly to my spending card. In this half year, it started to hold my money and not transfer to my spending card. I have to call them every pay to free my money where the online portal can only have basic service. Looks like the company get pay to make customer work and pay fee for our own service which can be automated. Waste our time and keep holding our money for no reason.

Been packaging my salary via Access pay for about two years and it’s been a good experience. Called the customer service for some clarification yesterday and Michael Pound was very helpful.

Called the customer enquiry line to have a payment issue rectified. Dealt with Michael Pound who was able to rectify the issue and also identified further salary packaging opportunities for my account.

Service was significantly improved from my previous dealings, Michael was clear, concise, polite and saved me in excess of $20/fortnight.

My name is Hang Cleary. I needed to print and save the Credit card Statements from Feb to May for my record. But I could not find it on the AccessPay Website. I have called AccessPay and talked with Michael Pound. He was very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Avoid Access pay. You worked hard for your money and will need to send documents just to get access of your own money which is ridiculous!

Why do we have to send stuffs just for us to get our own money?!!!!
