Fast and easy, no mess, very knowledgeable about product with good demonstration

Great service, product so far seems really good but only been in a week.
Steven provided excellent advice prior to the installation.
The installation went really smoothly and after his instructions we were left feeling very confident that the stairlift would be great for our elderly mother.

I can highly recommend this company. I rang last Monday asking for urgent installation of a stairlift for my husband who had just come out of hospital. The lift was installed within a couple of days by Steve and Graham who were polite and professional. We have had stairlifts in the past but I must say this is the best we have had. Many thanks

I can not recommend this company highly
enough. They went out of their way in getting a stair lift fitted into my Dads to enable him to get home.
The technician was very caring, understanding and gave easy imstructions on using the stir lift

I cannot thank Catherine and Steven enough for their service. From the initial phone call (Catherine) to the installation (Steven). Their compassionate, caring and efficient service for my dad was perfect (and I am not impressed easily!). From phone call to installation was 48 hours. The price was exceptional - one blanket fee for 6 months which was very reasonable after being quoted stupid fees from others going up to £1k - really? Whatever others were quoting for the service and efficiency could not have been beaten. Their service and pricing were even more comforting to me as I live in Manchester and this company took all of my worry away and made things so easy. This company deserves anyone's business in my view. My dad is now converted as he was not convinced but Steven put him at ease. thanks Kath Ward

Very efficient from the first enquiry call. An engineer came out the same day. Every thing we where told and promissed happened. Absolutely first class.

Absolutely first rate service. Following my father’s stroke, we were anxious to move forward quickly on installing a stairlift. I called and spoke to Amber and was pleasantly surprised at the rental costs which included installation (less than a £1 a day). She arranged for Stephen to meet with us on the same day and 3 days later the stairlift was installed. Clean, tidy and efficient - hugely impressed and my dad has peace of mind when he returns home. Highly recommended!

Amazing service rang at 9am to make and initial enquiry about stair lift for parent and by 3pm it was fully installed and working. Steve and his team were great very sympathetic to parents needs. They provided protection for carpet and cleaned up after themselves after giving a full demonstration.
Would highly recommend based on the service and experience we had with them.

Amazing company. From the first phone call to installation i felt supported by kind understanding people. Within two days my stairs were measured and lift installed and up and running. 3. Stair lift installed by professional, competent fitters without mess or disruption in a few hours.

I cannot recommend highly enough this firm, within an hour of making making a call to request a stair lift fitting for my elderly mum, the company were on site fitting the equipment ! They understood the need and went over and above to deliver a stairlift, the guys removed the existing handrail and disposed of same ! Nothing was too much trouble. An about outstanding customer experience! Thank you 😊
