10/10 service. Was extremely happy that a contract to solidify the sale of my accounts was available and I was able to sign it electronically. I would have preferred a better means of communication, such as discord, but I can understand the reasons that the ticket system is in place. Sold an account to them, they are a very professional group of people. Around the clock team of reps that respond in a very appropriate time frame. I was uneasy going ahead with the process but they are a very helpful team. They value your security and value their own. Very respectful and helpful and patient. I didn't quite get the dollar value that I wanted for the account but I understand they are a business and they need to make money too.
