It is a shame they can not be rated half of a star. No customer support response. Virtual mastercards which are issued as a bonus through my employer simply won't be accepted anywhere online. G... See more

Their customer service is atrocious
Their customer service is atrocious. You can't get ahold of anyone. I even tried thier live chat but no one was available and the session just kept timing out. Also, their FAQs are incorrect so I was trying to figure out my problem with incorrect information. Do not use My Payment Vault! I'm unable to use my money to make purchases.
They suck
They suck. Card froze withing 5 minutes of getting it, they couldnt help and live support is trash. Have to wait 24 hours to use the card that took me 2 weeks to earn. And they blockef saying i used it without a cvv, you cant even submit a payment without typing the cvv so how can that be possible.
Money was stolen from my account via mu…
Money was stolen from my account via my email which was hacked, and they didn’t believe me even though I had evidence of fraudulent activity. This wasn’t taken seriously at all, and after numerous phone calls and emails, still don’t have my money back. Avoid at all costs!!
Was sent a $75 Mastercard Debit card as…
Was sent a $75 Mastercard Debit card as compensation for an hour long survey. The $75 is on the card only I can't use it. I have been arguing with them for days now. I tried it on Amazon and Temu, both rejected it. The company who sent it is Maru/Springboard/Unlock Surveys. I am about to call the researcher who did the actual phone survey and tell HIM to contact Maru as I am getting nowhere. I have already asked Maru why they are dealing with this sham of a company. UPDATE - just reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for FRAUD.
transactions fail all the time - poor support
either rejected, failed transactions with no rationale or recuring transaction issues where its clearly a one time payment... sigh.
I received three cards from Gardner…
I received three cards from Gardner White- I went to use these and they expired in less than 7 months after receiving ?? Isn't this against the law ? I wont stop here!!
This is ridiculous BS
This is ridiculous BS - can't withdraw funds, unable to pay, errors all over the place. Just stay away.
Stay away
Stay away. Unhelpful Deborah on customer service chat. Chat looks very outdated. Cannot use all your money from card.
Absolute fraud.
Absolute fraud.
How many people have actually been able to use their card?
How much money do they have sat in an account gaining interest because they have other peoples money sat in their account all cushty!
Awful, horrid company
Utterly dreadful. I went to work for an American Cruise line, that use this system to process your salary. Sent a test amount of $50 to my UK account, that arrived in 48 hours. Sent the remaining $1820 home…its vanished. Money never reached my UK account 9 days later and still waiting. The whatsapp chat is useless, its an AI Bot that sends you the same cut and paste response to ANY question its the same response. Cannot speak to a human, this company is beyond awful. Its just dreadful. They tell you to fill a form out or write to them! Who sends written letters now its 2024!!!!?? I’m running out of money, i’m pleading with them to help me and they won’t. Nobody is helping with this and i’ve no idea how to find out where my international transfer went. They just ignore you or send an automated response to buy more time. Do not use them for transfers. Draw your salary out in cash and send it home some other way. They can’t tell me where my missing $1,820 dollars has gone and they don’t seem to care.
The biggest waste of time and effort
Useless app I got a £5 misplay reward and opted for a prepaid marstercard. They sent me an email to redeem the card it asked for all my details which I gave number, email ,address ,full name, then it asked for verification which I uploaded picture of my passport it came back saying couldn't verified my identification. They then said I'd receive email in next 5 days with next steps. Keep the £5 the Useless waste of time and effort.
And by the accounts of all the other reviews I won't get to spend the money anyway because they block the card and don't authorise the payment. Waster company should be closed down and never used again by company's like misplay.
I received a virtual visa rewards card…
I received a virtual visa rewards card from Fetch . I was told to open an account with my payment vault. I setup an account with them but I couldn't open my account so I called customer service & they asked me for my social security number I didn't give it to them to me that's fraud
Never ever EVER use this service
Never ever EVER use this service. They will block your payments, they are not recognised by a number of established businesses, useless cutomer services, a completely broken app that won't even let you type your post code or usernmae in without 'exceeding the charcater limit.' Just absolutely disgusting. Get them out of this world. They have no place in commerce. The only thing they secure is your money for themselves. Absolute worst, most disgusting service I've ever used.
I question the validity of Payment Vault
I have a prepaid card from CSL Plasma. Each attempt I have made to access my account (I continuously receive an "error" message that states I must contact customer service. The phone number I have called is 877-325-8444. I receive the same repeated information as I do when calling the number on my CSL Plasma card which is 800-238-9762. An automated voice gives my card balance, them states "there are no transactions to report". **There certainly are transactions as I use the card for a variety of purchases! At no time is there a prompt for customer service. The only way to reach Payment Vault is to fill out a form, it requires phone number, address etc. I completed the form and sent it (via email). I question the validity of Payment Vault. My reason for spending time trying to access the transaction history is to see whom I have paid. I am simply trying to see a specific transaction. This should be simple.
Obvious scam
Obvious scam. You get card that can't be used anywhere. And when I tried to contact support, they said that my email address do not match with email address in some mystical file that they own. Even tough I just logged in with that email address.
The customer service is absolutely…
The customer service is absolutely pathetic.
I tried using the card for an online purchase in Spain and was asked for the GB postcode of the issuing bank. I got in touch via their live chat and the agent refused to read my question and claimed that the card was blocked as a result of a payment made in 2027. I had to remind her that the year is 2024, and the card was absolutely not blocked.
I asked to speak to another agent who could help me and she closed the chat.
Almost useless
Almost useless. Our company scheme to reward people is great but this company/ card service is shocking. Non existent customer service when you can’t use the card for any purchases. Can’t log into your account to check a balance. Avoid like the plague!
Feels like there is limited use of these cards
I received my 250€ prepaid card really quick and the login was also possible without trouble.
I planned on using the card for a crypto wallet but the transaction failed every time. Error Code " Merchant not in Network or No Purse Exists" - which is very weird since you could choose this merchant in the 3DS verification step.
I ended up dumping all the money I had on there on Amazon Germany and Steam.
I planned on depositing the money on paypal first, but paypal sadly does not accept prepaid cards.
I texted customer support about this but the reponse time of 3 days feels too long.
After looking up this site and the reviews, i just took all the money out inacse something happens.
Absolutely Horrible
Absolutely horrible -- AT&T sent me this garbage instead of just sending me a check. When I went in to just have the total transferred to my credit union it asked me to register the account, but wouldn't pass through to completing the transaction. In the end I just asked for a paper check, which AT&T could have just done in the first place.
Great idea but doesn’t work in principle!
Similar to other reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this card. It’s a great idea in principle but almost every time you try to use the virtual credit card, it is declined or blocked. Customer service is also pretty useless! The only advice you get is to avoid using the card for 3 days! Avoid this company!
