Paid with crypto and never received a confirmation, despite waiting and sending blockchain proof. All attempts to contact them went unanswered. It's basically just a scam and I lost the money now

WHAT IS GOING ON???
I bought an account for the game "Ready or Not" and I received an account that already had like 10 games including Modern Warfare 2 on it. The account already had 40+ hours of gameplay on Ready or Not and WAS ACTIVELY PLAYING A GAME JUST A FEW HOURS AGO?
Your website states that I would be the first to own the account. How then, did a different device constantly log in from somewhere else so that I had to pit in the password over and over again? That account also already had Friends, I removed all of them because I thought that was on purpose but then yesterday, one of the people was friends again? And when I came back from the Gym, I WAS LOGGED OUT AND THE PASSWORD WAS CHANGED???
Clearly this account was not the account I asked for and also it was owned by someone else that was actively playing and kicked me off.
I emailed accountstote4u but no response since.

Guys, are you serious?
The only thing I did was to enter your account information in steam and start the game. No cheats. Just followed everything as you have given it. Then the ban!
Is this the way you do business?
To insinuate untruths to your customers and not to respond to inquiries?
