Bought a Netflix Premium Account From Their Website. Turns Out Login Details Are Wrong. Its Not The First Time I have Bought From Them Nearly Every time The login details are wrong. The Issue Is This Time I Opend A Ticket Telling Them What Happend 1 Day Later The Owner Replies Telling Me He's Sorry For What Happend And That He Will Replace It When He Gets Home. Well Obviously He Doesnt Reply Any More Even Tho I Kept Asking What Happend. 2 Days Later I Tell Them: after 2 days and still nothing good service. This Made One Of The Staff Members @ The Owner So I Waited But Obviously Again After 2 Days And Still Nothing So Its Safe To Say That This A SCAM And I Dont Recommend It To Anyone.

i paid 35 euros on on 19 September 2022…
i paid 35 euros on on 19 September 2022 and now is 6.3.2023 still waiting (i did receive 1 month nitro in the middle but that is not what i paid for) im sick of waiting he said "i'll figure out a solution soon" on 2.19 2023 that was the last reply from him never buying here again

The customer service can’t be beat
The customer service can’t be beat. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is alright and fix any issues you may have. It’s not like some other menu staff that would just tell you to cope or fix the issue on your own as they already took your money and don’t care. Reguardless of what menu you are getting, buy from Kristo for great service and experience.
