Only had one order go slightly wrong, ordered a couple of bolts of one size and one of a larger size made it in. Quick email with a picture and they sent me the correct component.

Pay over the odds to not receive your urgent items
Yet again I get fleeced with high prices on promises of fast delivery then they let me down. But the worst of it is the poor customer service / AI frustration layer and finger pointing make me regret giving them another try.
I think this is the 5th time they have done this and they have taken none of my feedback on board. I won't be trying again.

Easy to do business with. I required something that was not commonly available. To their credit Accu had drawings for what I needed. So easily able to confirm it suited what I needed. Unfortunately, the delivery was misplaced by the courier, spoke to Accu and they instantly arranged replacements to be sent. What more could I ask for ??

One of the worst services I have had, ordered a bolt then paid for next day express, no notification that the component is s not arriving as expected, no update and then to be told not arriving for another 8 days, do not use this service as poor communication let us down and not create so much stress to resolve issue in time.

From using their website to find the correct component,(clear accurate pictures and descriptions) to ordering, to payment, (straightforward), to delivery(fast and in good robust packaging), this company provides a top quality service.
