Would have been 5* except that I had a small problem initially, using PayPal, but this was resolved. I was quoted 4 days for delivery, but in fact delivery was next day! Perfect. I also received a follow-up call after ordering to check everything was OK.
My only other comment was that the postage on a single steel bolt was somewhat excessive, and only a single bolt was available for the proposed 4 day delivery!

Great source for exact HW to do the best job. Online spec docs with drawings meant I knew what I am getting with wide choice at decent prices for small quantities. Was surprised by a long estimated delivery time because one item was out of stock but email response was quick and easy

Top quality components and service
I am always wary of five star reviews and I only have experience of ACCU's component supplies but, having said that, ACCU is the place to find a myriad of very high quality fixings and components that may be virtually impossible to locate elsewhere or completely impossible to purchase in small quantities. Even if you only need one unusual bolt ACCU will supply it, rapidly and inexpensively.
Plus they have a selection of high quality tools at competitive prices and a range of other services.
Quality is top-end and customer service is excellent.
I expect to be a regular customer.

An excellet company that provides quality products at a great price with lightening speed delivery
I needed some particular fixings and the range that ACCU have is fantastic. Not only did they have a variety of fixings of the size I needed, but I could select the quantity I wanted to purchase as well and not have to order more than I needed.
They also had all the complementary washers, star washers and nuts of various types to go with the fixing. Quite brilliant.
Not only was the purchasing process quick and easy, they arrived the next day, which I wasn't expecting.

Really efficient customer service
Really efficient customer service. I had a slight issue with my order and contacted the team. Within an hour I had a response, and it was fixed. Remaining screws were in the post and arrived the following day. They then checked I was satisfied. Great customer service!!
