Terrible company

Terrible company. It took a month for my package to arrive and when it did, it was a cheap knock-off. Completely different than how it was advertised on the website. When I tried to get a refund, they told me "maybe you can give to someone else".

Scammers! I ordered some wireless earphones on…

I ordered some wireless earphones on Aug 17th from Facebook and they shipped that day. It is now Sept 18th and still haven't received it. The tracking shows it moving East instead of West and going from Lansing, MI to multiple stops. It arrives 1 day and doesn't leave for 3 more days including both US and Can customs. When I complained they said they would ask courier to speed up and I was notified it arrived in Montréal on it's way across Canada but that was a week ago. I don't think I will ever receive what I bought and paid for. Don't buy anything from these scammers.

Don't like to ship complete order

I place an order over a month ago, only received half of my order. When I reached out to inquire as to where the other half is they offered me a $3 refund. When I did not accept that they upped it to five then to 7 then now to 9. All I ask for is the remainder of my product or at least half of a refund for the half that I did not receive. Stay away from this outfit, unless you like getting ripped off.

Took a month to get the product to the USA. Got a message that it was delivered but it wasn’t. My home camera would have shown it. They did nothing to fix it. I’m done with them

Discrepancy and Delay Complaint

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with accuraite.com :

Order Confirmation: I placed an order on June 16 for an item described as "carbon orange" in color. The order confirmation specified these details.

Shipping Delay: The item was shipped 45 days after the purchase date, despite my repeated inquiries and requests for a refund. I received the item on August 11, which is a total delay of 55 days from the original purchase date.

Product Discrepancy: Upon receiving the item, I contacted the seller immediately to address the issue. The item I received does not match the description provided. It was supposed to be "carbon orange" with carbon fiber features, but the item lacks both the color and material described in the order confirmation and PayPal purchase details.

Seller's Response: The seller has disputed my claim despite the clear differences between the item received and the original description. They offered a minimal compensation of $3 ( for $35 item ), later increased to $5, but have not agreed to a full refund. Additionally, the seller has suggested not returning the item, which is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund and am willing to have the item collected at any time

The moment I took it out of the box

The moment I took it out of the box, I noticed the great quality. It fits perfectly and offers a flattering silhouette. The material feels premium, and the stitching is so neat and precise. Wearing it feels like a dream, it's so comfortable yet stylish. It's definitely worth the price, the quality speaks for itself. it's an excellent purchase.

Unacceptable Delivery Time
I ordered and paid for a dress. 8 weeks later I still have not received it. I have been on the tracking and customer service enquiry lines. They are unable to update the location of my parcel. They keep responding with “please be patient” and more recently “please don’t worry - when it gets to your post office the courier will deliver it”. The tracking I received said it arrived in Western Australia 33 days ago. No update since. I have asked for an update or refund. I get the same “be patient, don’t worry” response. Never again!
