I got banned for no reason. I had 51 dollars and when i went to withdraw it , it just said that my account is banned for breach tos and when i went to ask it just said i have more account but i dont. i just have one and when i went to appeal nobody answers my messages.

lol i came to ace.bet through clash claimed my 1$ bonus played with it and MADE SURE I CAN WITHDRAW after i reach 50$. Wich i did after this they asked for KYC and i did after this i got immediate ban for no reason and they blocked the live chat support lol stole my info my money and disappear please dont go near their site i have everything recorded lol they don't know who they messed with xd

I won $50, decided to withdraw it and they immediately blocked it.
They accused me of multi-accounting.
I have passed all kinds of verification.
I wrote to them, if you accuse me of multi-accounting, show me one of my other accounts or the email with which I registered another account, and they told me that we do not have the right to provide you with such information.
It's a shame, they are scammers, do not trust them with your money.

Everything went ok to start. The deposit was a bit of an issue, but finally able to complete a deposit. Winnings withdrawn without issue. When I attempted to make another deposit, I was told I was not in a region supported by Acebet! Hmmm, clearly my state was on the list of states that they provided service for! And they allowed me to open an account and wager! But, to no avail, after contacting their provider of deposits and withdrawals. They were emphatic that the site did not allow residents of my state. I finally gave up and sought out another site. As to support, useless and clueless about anything. Once, I was playing roulette, and they terminated my session while I had wagers open on the table that were winners, and I did not get paid. Support took my complaint and said they would get back to me, and after several attempts to follow up, I gave up! They never did! Bottom line skip this site and find somewhere else for your entertainment!

My account was permanently banned for “TOS violation” without any clear explanation. However, the main issue is that they are currently withholding my remaining balance of 426 USD.

I attempted to resolve the situation through live chat, where my messages were ignored and I was eventually blocked from sending further messages.

I also contacted support via email, but I was redirected back to live chat, which I cannot access anymore.

At this point, I have no way to communicate with them while they continue to hold my funds.

This situation is extremely concerning and unprofessional. I would not recommend using this platform.
