This little computer is amazing! It's completely silent and super fast, just like a regular desktop. I love the NIC feature too.

I was really impressed with how fast the ACEMAGIC mini PC is - it boots up in seconds!

I have bought from Acemagic the X1 laptop. It took a long time to arrive and when it was finally there the build quilty was horrible. I got in contact to send the laptop back and I got a reply how to do this and where to send this. Till so far no problem. The laptop has been delivered to Acemagic in Germany, but I got a strange mail that they received the laptop but it was lost there because they are together with other companies. And here start the horror. They asked me to send a proof of delivery so they can ask the forwarder. I did all they asked, but nothing happened and my question to arrange the refund has never been answered. And then, just like that, the communication ended. I wrote a lot of e-mails more to them, but no response and no laptop and my 900 euros are gone. This is a fraudulent company where you should not do business with. This is an example of how bad a Chinese company can be. They are far away with different laws and that is it. I paid through Klarna, so I have a small hope that they can help me. I also have sent this to my legal representative, but it will be a small chance. Please people be warned, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACEMAGIC! It is a fraudulent company and you will lose you money. I have learned this the hard way now.

I am currently having trouble with having any support from ace magician. I have a 3 year warranty and one year of use it will not boot normally and have done usual troubleshooting and have deemed it hardware failure. Trying to get a rma but support is horrible DO NOT Buy from this company

Hinge broke after 3.5 months. Customer service told me to return it to Amazon for a refund. Amazon wouldn't refund due to being outside of return window. Another rep want to sell me a new laptop at a discount. No thanks! Finally another told me to mail it back to provided address. I asked how much refund will I get and who's paying shipping? Waiting for a reply.
Update - they offered me a 5% discount to purchase another laptop.

Like the Laptop. Very was and lightweight.

The system itself works fine but this laptop has been nothing but a nightmare since we got it. The plastic on the hing broke just a few days after getting it, the screws keep falling out of it, and the rubber pieces on the bottom fell right off. When I took it to get fixed the guy said it looked like it was taken apart before. My guess is it is not a new laptop and infact is a refurbished one.

spoke with another repair guy and unfortunately the parts needed are no where to be find, making this laptop useless to me as Amazon won't help after the return date. And I'm stuck making payments on it.

the manufacturer refuses to email me back, after sending them everything they asked for. (Photos of the laptop, invoice and more.). The laptop didn't brake because of mishandling or user misuse but yet no one will help me. Their warranty claim is misleading on the ad.

I do not recommend buy this laptop.

I had been waiting over a month with Amazon for this AX15 and gave up with them and then contacted Acemagic placed my order and had it within 5 days, the AX15 was $10.00 more than Amazon. I forgot about the coupon for a discount and could have got this for less than I paid. But I have to say it's been a nice laptop so far.

I purchase the ACEMAGICIAN {Dual Lan Mini PC AMD Ryzen 7 5800U Mini PC Windows 11 32GB DDR4 512 GB SSD off of the Amazon website and It advertise (8C/16T, Up to 4.4GHZ) However after purchasing and starting the system it turns out the system GHZ is only a 1.9GHZ and no way it can flow up to 4.4GHZ - How can a Max of 1.9GHZ flows up to 4.4GHZ... False advertise to lure you into purchase a phony device. ACEMAGICIAN Liston to me, not every purchaser of your product is dumb to computer workings - buyers beware.

This is my second computer purchase from Ace, and very please with both. Fair pricing for computers that would cost much more elsewhere for the same specs. Both computers, the desk top I both before and this laptop just purchased work flawlessly!

Computer quality is good. Really good price.
There is no hole for a security cable on the laptop which in my mind there should be.
Also the description did not list with Windows 11 operating system was include Home or Pro. When I asked I was told Windows 11 Home, but it turns out it was Windows 11 Pro.
There was also a delay in receiving the laptop, but that may have been due to USPS and not with AceMagic's control.

The mini pc is sooo perfect in a age where the profiency of technology is so crucial to every day life. It has exceeded my expectations.

5/3/2024 I received my AceMagic had multiply Malware/virus were pre-installed that popped up on Windows Defender. Ace said pc before 11/18/23 are affected, shows the malware and fake google chrome was installed on 1/15/2024….They tried to bribe me with an outdated pc so I would leave a 5 star review, told me to download from a link from google drive to reinstall windows to remove the malware. Trade a virus for a virus😂 If you do decide the risk is worth it, buy your own windows key and do a fresh usb windows install, if you just reinstall windows it will still have the virus. I d not Recommend!

The website has disappeared and I have not received my order. The last shipping info was from May 22 and the tracking info link from the Acemagic brings up an empty page. I will give them 1 more day to update my shipping info then I will contact my credit card company to file a complaint.
