I have written them over 20 emails asking for my money back and they refuse saying the product is on the way!
They are a total scam of a company and want people to know how dishonest this company is.

SCAM. Do not buy from this company. Took £60 from my account for gym equipment was supposed to arrive within 3-5days. After delivery time was missed I tried to contact about my order and the website had gone and tracking link non existent. Had to go through the fraud team with my bank

As all others below have explained. I have fallen for this scam. I too ordered the “glute blaster” on the 15th July 2025. It’s now 15th August and still not arrived. The website no longer exists. I’m most pissed off I am a police officer and have fell for this scam. It all seemed and looked very legit and due to Instagram advertising this I naively trusted it more.
Purchases the glute trainer in july . Had an email saying it was delayed . Fo into the site to track my delivery nothing . Sent 3 emails and no reply .
I payed 50 for this machine and nothing.
How is it allowed that company's esp advertising on Instagram can get away with this .

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!!! Scam scam scam! I purchased the gluteblast trainer with protected shipping by the way, all looked very legit as I’m good at spotting the scammers normally. Unfortunately not this time though, it was over 6 weeks and still no package so attempted to get in touch and the whole business had disappeared!
I done a dispute with my bank, not thinking k would get anywhere if I’m honest as it was my own fault, but within the hour the £52 was back in my back thank god.
Please do not buy anything from these scam artists

Annoyingly, there were absolutely no reviews on here before I realised I’d been scammed.
I ordered the ‘GluteBlaster’ through an Instagram link, everything looked legit and then a few days after I’d ordered my item the web page disappeared.
This is clearly a brand new website that can’t of been up for long as there were absolutely no reviews about it. I’ve contacted my credit card provider to see if they can help me get the money back.
