This seller repeatedly lied about the delivery of the pool table, first claiming it had reached the shipping base when it had not. He then ignored all messages for weeks. After over a month, he gave yet another excuse, saying his van had broken down with pool tables inside. Despite being given more than enough time and patience, the pool table was never delivered. I had no choice but to recover my money through my bank. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Do not deal with this person.

You don't pay money back even when you don't even deliver ,you still owe my daughter £850 deposit for a table ordered but never delivered as a Christmas present almost 2 years ago,rip off, disgrace,

Blatant scammer! Ace pool and snooker ltd. are a company run by Martin MacIntosh who take your money and that's about all. They delivered a sub standard table which I was promised he would come and make good the defects on it but he never did. They now go under the company name of North Ace Pool Snooker ltd. selling sub standard pool and snooker tables on Facebook market place. This is the third time the company has closed down and re started under the same person! This should give you an idea, dealing with them/him is not worth wasting your time on. Check the government business site for details. There are much more reputable companies out there! Give this clown and his circus a wide berth! North Ace Pool Snooker ltd is the current company to avoid!

I still have NOT received any correspondence or my money back after purchasing a pool table in September 2022, after many excuses why it had not arrived and promised a refund! so I would say scammer is definitely the correct term for you!

Nice bunch of lads, worked late in to the night to get our table set up. Delivered to our club in Edinburgh yesterday. Looks great!

Booked Martin in for a table re-cloth. Arrived on the date booked, even worked well on into the evening to make sure my table got done on the day I was booked in for. Great service. Would recommend.

I paid for a pool table last August (2022) after lots of excuses we never received the table and then we were promised a refund which we never got. This man is a fraudster.

What a waste of my time ace pool and Snooker (Martin macintosh) takes your money thats it DONT NOT USE.

I'm writing this review so that no one else falls fowl of the scam he runs.
Back in August 2022, I paid in full for a custom made 7ft slate bed pool table and told delivery would be 2-4 weeks. As the room wasn't quite ready I gave him extra time and confirmed on 1st October we were ready for delivery. Many weeks passed without a confirmed delivery date but he gave excuses about van breakdowns, bad health etc. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I finally heard from him promising "100% before the end of the year". Sure enough this came and went but again I hoped he was genuine so gave him a break. In January I told him I wanted it by 1st February, which again, came and went. Again, illness and van breakdowns were the supposed problem. I told him I'd bee taking things further if it wasn't delivered by the end of February. He agreed to deliver it by 27th the latest. Of course, this came and went and now there's no contact at all from him. I've learned that any negative comments on his Facebook page are immediately removed and the person blocked, so all looks fine. I've now started legal action against him in order to either get the table, or a full refund.
