Product Test:
As a first test, I used it on my wash basin, kitchen sink, and a small section of bathroom tiles, and it worked very well. The steam pressure is strong enough to lift hidden dirt and grime from corners and joints, which made the surfaces look noticeably cleaner. I also tried it on a few stained spots on my sofa, and the cleaner really helped loosen and remove the marks.
The device itself is compact, easy to handle, and simple to store, which makes it convenient for quick cleaning sessions around the house. The only drawback for me is the small water tank: I have to refill it again and again during longer cleaning tasks, which interrupts the workflow a bit.
Still, considering how well it cleans and how easy it is to use, I am satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a handy steam cleaner for targeted deep cleaning.

I bought both the spot cleaner and the steam mop . I waited a ridiculous length of time for delivery. The steam mop works fine but the spot cleaner , not at all , I have looked for a trouble shooting page , in case I hadn’t assembled it correctly, I cannot find a link or instruction videos that actually shows you how to use it , I would like more information on this please . Re the spot cleaner , the power button turns on but no spray or suction.

I purchased the cleaner pro. It came with two bags of the same parts, but the part that attaches to the nozzle was missing. I sent a photo to customer service and they said the contents of the package were correct, and that the design had recently been updated so the connector cushion nozzle was not necessary. My design is the same as the photo on the website, and without the connector cushion part I can't use the small brush heads.
They won't admit that the contents of the package are wrong. It's a waste of my time, so I'll be returning it. I hope go through the process of cancellation.

We bought the vacuum to be able to clean tapestry and carpets because we have small children. The cost of the vacuum is as much as the cost of one professional cleaning of a small couch so it's definitely worth it.
We also bought the cleaning solution from Achate and together we cleaned the couch very effectively.

I received a defective vacuum cleaner which I immediately reported to the company. I was requested to send it back at my own expense, despite still being within the 14 day return period. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to send me a shipping label for return. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten it. Horrible experience, I wish I hadn't fallen for their marketing trap.

The mop is superb. It cleans the floor wonderfully.

I bought the vaccum cleaner and asked to deliver to my home. It did not arrive the date expected. When I followed up they explained that there was a delay in production and it would be shipped shortly but recieved an e-mail saying that it was delivered to a DHL pickup center and not my home address. I said it was not what I asked but they could not change it, I could not pick it up because I was traveling so it was returned and I have no idea where it is or if I will get my money back despite daily e-mails to them.

Is not a serious company still now I don’t receive the product and I paid already, I sent mails and nobody answer it is a terrible experience with this company 👎👎👎

Regarding the product quality, so far so good! ;)
But I am not so happy regarding goods delivery, I did not receive any update for my order delivery and when I send email after one week, I received the answer that we did not send your product because your address was nit complete ( which I am pretty sure I filled in my address in the proper way), the question is why customer service was waiting for me to reach out to them? In case of address issue, why they did not contract me in advance?

The delivery took a little longer than expected and the product works just fine. Maybe a little more suction power would be welcome. However, the device is small enough to be carried around and to be stored anywhere. Also very lightweight.

The service was great and very helpful. There was a problem with the transport but due to the persistence of the service i received the product. A mobile high pressure device. I used it today to clean my car and worked perfectly
