I’ve used Acom for the past 6 months on 2 properties in Stockport. They’ve been great in sourcing tenants and dealing with ongoing maintenance. Their communication is spot on.

I met with Terry in Hong Kong, I asked him for advice in searching for a rental apartment around the suburbs of London. He provided good insight into the different districts around London and shared some of his experience with me.

The property market in London appears to be very heated currently so as a tenant it was a difficult task to search for the right place. Terry helped to analyze my needs and narrow down my focus. It was very helpful for my upcoming move to London.

ACOM manage two properties for me. Their knowledge of the market is second to none and they have dealt with any issues on mine and my tenant’s behalf immediately.
Simon made recommendations for adjustments whilst renovating a flat and is clearly well experienced in dealing with builders, architects and the planning process.

Overall really good, there were some problems with the house which were unforeseeable, but they responded well and promptly to get them sorted out. Not much contact the rest of the time as didn't bother me when it wasn't necessary.

Really great to rent from. As soon as there is a problem ready to get it sorted. Always on hand and always reply’s to messages. All round great people 😊

Been renting from them for about 8 months. The property was in great condition, and whenever there have been questions, I've had a response on the same day. Any issues raised (and there have been very few) have been sorted almost immediately. Very accommodating to making you feel at home from day one and happy to be here!
