Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. The person I talked to at American Consumer Credit LLC was nice and wanting to help me. The person showed a concerned along with being supportive. I was pleased and satisfied with the service provided.

Kristen helps us with cancelling our timeshare , she really knows what to do and she helps us solve our dilemma, We will not be able to afford this because of a sudden financial problem, my mom was diagnosed with Cancer and she needs our financial support. If it we're not for Kristen we will not be able get out.... again thank you.

I had just purchased a timeshare still unsure if i had made the right choice. Decided that i wanted to cancel and became so scared to think that i would not be able to cancel my contract with wyndham.started to Google inf and came across this company. Full it for inf and within 20 i received a call that they would be able to help me. Maria was very informative and helpful. Would recommend this company with no doubt.

Just when you think you have done all you can do, to get out of a contract with a company, in which we were tricked into and was told we could not get out of it and maybe stuck in it for life. I would like to thank TJ Moore for helping us to get out of this mess my husband and I had got into. Mr. Moore was very professional and knowledgeable with the information he gave. Spoke to Joe Lynch very nice guy and helped me out gave me free info. On my time share with Royal club Solaris wich that time share is a scam!!!! Anyway I Thought that was super kool of him willl defenetly think of calling him whe I need legal advice. Thank you Joe

I cannot say enough about the effectiveness and outstanding customer service we received from ACC. They said what they were going to do and then.... (WAIT FOR IT....) THEY DID IT! We'd worked with other supposed service providers in this area of trying to sell, release, give back our timeshares.... but only ACC was 100% effective, honest and unique in the approach of dealing with the burdensome problem.

Even though I didn't do actual case with American Consumer Credit since it turned out I was still within the cancellation period, the representative (Chad) was very helpful to me, tool several calls and gave me a very valuable advice rover the phone and sent me a letter format for the cancellation letter and how to send it (certified mail). It worked! Thanks ACC !!!!

They did exactly what they set out to do. It takes time and patience and you may have to place updating calls but well worth it. Madeline was very thorough and professional. I definitely couldn't have been released from the bowels of timeshare if it wasn't for them!!
