Second hand stopped working on the watch. Sent email to customer service and they requested a video, which was sent immediately. Since then, I have sent multiple emails over the past 4 weeks, along with re-sending the video twice and no response from anyone. Original email sent on 1/12/23, video email sent on 1/13/23. Email sent once a week there after requesting update, with no response.

It was weird on how many days it took
It was weird on how many days it took, according to what I received when the product left Jamaica NY and in 6 days, just got as far as Queens. I am guess shipping issues are still problems. But it arrived on the 9th and I like it.

Poor service and high priced
I first saw that MaxNitro tactical Pro watch on TikTok sold by Acoods, it was supposedly on sale half price for a limited time at CAN$52.00 down from CAN$130.00, I bought it,
First negative issue it took 17 days to receive it and a number of emails to get updated,
Second negative issue the strap/band is difficult to adjust, if you have small wrists, you will be left with quite some excessive strap left, plus the snap buckle (with the mini compass) is large and uncomfortable when you’re resting your hand such as on a table
Third and WORST issue is after discussion with a friend he mentioned he had bought the exact same watch on Amazon.ca at CAN$27.29 after taxes and prime 2day shipping, I checked Amazon.ca website and indeed it is at 27.29 after taxes
I emailed Acoods and of course no answer
Lesson learned !!

So far a disappointing experience
So far a disappointing experience. The pictures look great but the product is not.
Slow to ship and they refuse to respond to my emails about how to return the item for a refund. The watch feels very cheap. The buttons on the case are difficult to push because of the case flanges that surround the buttons.
When you adjust the band with the velcro strap you may end up with too much paracord that won't lay flat. Save the frustration and buy a Seiko or other quality watch from a real watch company. Don't forget that if you decide to return it the company is in CANADA. Return shipping is $22 for USPS.
