Appointments were kept, delays were notified as they happened, extremely polite, helpful installer, who made sure everything was working before he left. He also advised us that we could contact him in the future if necessary. Very tidy worker.

Fantastic service in a rural location. Excellent customer service and always very quick to respond to any queries/problems, but not had many problems!

Website misleading. Advertised free installation if you took out a 1 year contract but this is only the case if you have a Scottish Government Voucher. This was not advertised on the website. Since receiving a £100 charge for installation the website has been updated without the free installation but instead advertises no hidden costs lol! The service is poor especially on windy and rainy days. The router given was not new, instead it is patched up with bits of tape.

The service from Acorn Broadband has been very good. It has generally been reliable, and any issues have been dealt with quickly. The speed is much better than our old landline service.

Fast and reliable

The engineer made a good survey of the house and best signal location. The equipment and wiring was done quickly, professionally and completed a tidy job.
Setting to work was explained and simple.
If we have any problems, just give them a call and they will come to the house.

Very quick fitting and communication. We can't get the 50mb which is the only downside for us but that is a function of our position rather than a fault of the company. The engineer was great, very friendly and efficient and tried as many 'tweaks' as he could to get a better signal but we couldn't make the 50mb. The fact is where we are it is easily better than what else is available so very happy.

Costumer service is excellent. Installation even better. Unfortunately the position of my property (trees,hills)is not the best for this kinda Internet.

Fast and efficient

Im on the R350 package last week thy sent me an email i must pay R677 i phoned them and thy said its an tecnical problem but its sorted. Today thy wanted to debid R677 from my acount and the debidorder faild. I phoned them again this morning now thy say i must make a plan to pay them. If it was my mistake i would gladly go out of my way to get the money im ther acount but its was there mistake so they must be responsible for there mistake not me. I am defnitly canceling them

Easy process to follow. Friendly team. Neil was particularly understanding and did a great job explaining everything to my grandmother and caused no disruption at all. Service so far is good - a vast improvement on previous copper wire service. Highly recommended.

The installation technician arrived as planned and performed the installation in a very safe and efficient manner. Very professional and a real pleasant chap.
