The panels themselves and the fabrics were very nice. The installation process was very difficult and the hanging hardware was cheap and brittle and broke when we tried to install the panels.

After reading the reply from acoustic solutions, I’m even further disappointed with their assumption that we didn’t understand how to install the panels. The process is simple although cumbersome and we did our best to align the markers. The reality is that it requires excessive force to snap onto the pegs because the plastic receptors are very hard plastic and were made too snug to insert properly. Acoustic solutions should try installing their own product and provide better service.

Experienced and knowledgable staff, notably Dave Watkinson, were readily available (many phone calls, emails and videos for product installation) to answer technical questions about use of mass loaded vinyl (MLV) for noise reduction in my home.
MLV muffled noise from PVC pipe rushing water to an acceptable level. The product was delivered in a timely manner. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional.

I needed to order a replacement fabric for panels my company purchased several years ago. I did not know much about the order that I needed to look up in order to get the rate fabric. I honestly didn’t know if Accoustical Solutions was the correct company. I called the number on the website, and fortunately, David Watkinson,answered and was incredibly helpful and kind. He kept asking me questions to try to find the account until he found it. He then worked with me to make sure the fabric was a match. His customer service was top-tier. I appreciated it and I will continue to use this company whatever I need to put Sound panels in my restaurants .

Great product and company!
Fabric covered acoustic panels are well made, effective and look great in my home theater. Instead of using the included mounting clips, I used hot melt glue to hold a very strong hook and loop strip on the top edge of the rear of the panel. This attached easily to command strips attached to the wall for a removeable mount that could be easily re-positioned. Price was reasonable.
Also purchased roll of MLV that was very heavy but otherwise easy to handle. MLV was stapled to plywood panels, which were then wrapped with fabric before mounting acoustic panels referenced above. MLV is easily scuffed and needs to be covered for acceptable appearance. I didn't try paint, but suspect paint will not adhere well to the soft, flexible MLV.

I appreciated the free shipping! My order arrived promptly and was well-packaged. Installing the retractable door sweep was a challenge since I had to mortar a large channel in the bottom of the door. But I'm pleased with the end result, and unit required only minor adjustment of the knob once I rehung the door to my surround sound room. It works as advertised and I am totally pleased. Great product! Thank you.

Purchased 1lb MLV roll. I did not use for home and glad I didn’t. Has very strong odor of asphalt. Wont purchase again
