Exceptional product that looks great and does the job to perfection. My panels arrived within a few days of the order and were packed well and were not as difficult to install as I had anticipated. Price was much better than most other comparable products. Will purchase again in the future as the need arises.

I paid for my purchase with PayPal. I never received a receipt I never received a notice that my purchase was sent (which it was not), I never received a tracking number. After a few days I called and then and only then did I receive a receipt and a notice that my package was mailed. If I had not called I would not have received my purchase. For this reason I give you a three.

the site of the product was easy to understand which made me very comfortable in putting in the order...I did call and emailed with a question and both were answered in a timely manner..not installed yet, but feeling very confident about doing it...

One panel arrived with shipping damage on the rear face; they took care of it right away.

Panels are great. The only issue was with the packaging/delivery. The delivery person must have dragged them on their corner and two of the panels came with damaged corners.

Only had one small problem. I ordered the panels with beveled edges but received straight edges.

The acoustic panels that I ordered were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition and, most importantly, look great! The fit and finish are excellent and the colors were pretty true to those I saw on my monitor. I like 'em - a lot! I happened to catch a sale so even better. Nice job Acoustimac.

The 48" x 24" x 2" panels are awesome. Look great. Sound great and easy to hang.

The panels are of good quality - even just one made a big difference in the office space! I spend a lot of time on calls that require clarity of sound without echo/resonance, and these panels will definitely help.

FedEx has mishandled my package and Eric went to bat for me getting it figured out. Without waiting to find out how it all happened, he ordered me replacements for everything. Despite a series of unfortunate events for me, I was helped where it counts.

Good construction and packaging. Compares favorably to GIK products. Excellent value for the money.
