Very happy with the pc I bought. Wish there was slightly more information on the site as I didn't realise that the RGB lighting was only button controlled, I should of asked the question first. Otherwise very happy

I had a few issues after purchase but can honestly say the customer service was second to none if you are thinking of buying a new pc this is the place to go prices are the cheapest i found so you get more for your money and they are friendly helpful people

Great company to get your custom build pc and best prices arround. Delivery service have obviously misshandled the package but luckily it was just the gpu that became unplugged and there wasnt any damage. The pc was packaged extremely well which i think saved it from serious damage and acpcs were quick to offer solutions. Maybe they should consider using those expanding foam packs to protect internal component and get the customer to stick their own warranty labels on, eithet way I will definately be buying my next pc with them but ile consider picking it up myself.

We bought our 1st PC from Acpcs a few years ago and was impressed with their service, delivery and quality of their products. We have bought another due to previous experience and were not disappointed. We had to use their customer services which turned out to be my error but was dealt with professionally.

Bought pc for son as an upgrade, was super easy to spec own options. Amazing performance great spec and very well priced. Great delivery very happy with overall experience.

I have been very impressed with my purchase from ACPCs. I was looking for a higher end gaming PC and came across their website. I messaged them via their contact form initially and then via email to ask several questions about one that I saw on their website and on each occasion, my query was responded to quickly and thoroughly. I was able to customise the package and I asked for a different motherboard to be added to which they did (obviously at a small additional cost). I also gave them a call to discuss payment and delivery. They were really helpful and friendly. Ordering was simple and the PC arrived promptly and the delivery was absolutely perfect. Overall, I have been very impressed with ACPCs and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience when calling into store especially on a Sunday morning. Computer power up problem sorted within around half an hour. Would 100% recommend visiting for any of your computing needs and accessories there are lots to choose from. Will always return here should I need to.

Recently purchased a higher end PC, I normally build my own but this was great value and 3yr warranty was appealing. Amazingly they delivered it themselves a 200miles round trip! Great PC, would highly recommend.

I could not get my brother's old PC to link to a monitor. They fixed it in a few minutes, gave excellent and valuable advice and did not charge me. And it was a Sunday! I may get them to put a SSD in for me and look at my son' computer.

Had 3 PC's off ACPC in last 12 months
1 for myself, my daughter bought one in February and just ordered and collected one for my son.
Absolutely amazing machines, and the help from the staff both via msg on Facebook/email and in store been brilliant

After purchasing through the online store it only took 2 days to deliver with local evening delivery when the delivery arrived they were very nice and informed and helped me ease my worries aswell as even telling me how to install the wifi adapter I purchased so I wasnt staring at a manual for hours afterwards I set up the pc and monitor, after turning it on I noticed they had already installed a benchmark for me to test the fps which helped me get a grasp on how the PC would run with games which runs amazingly the design of the pc itself and the RGB and fan placements make the inside of the pc looks like fireworks while keeping it completely cool if I could I would give the store a 10 star rating and will definitely be recommending it
