Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service.
Still waiting on Spinach though but they sent extra plants to forfeit this.
Plants come in great protective packaging. Great discount codes ans value for money. My go to online shop now. Thank you

The plants were badly packed

The plants were not supplied in an appropriate manner. The plugs themselves are formed with a material wrap. Removing the wrap pulls away a lot of the roots. Separating the individual plants within the plugs led to further damage.

The plugs came in two different containers attached to each other. The plants in one container were all tossed around in the cardboard container they came in.

All plant plugs were very dry when they arrived.

With all the above. The carrots now planted even after some time in the soil still look unhappy but most will probably survive. The chard is looking poor and I think most wont survive. The onions will probably all survive.

Exceptional good service on delivery…

Exceptional good service delivered on time plants were in good heath on arrival after shipping to my address also well packaged too. .would not hesitate in using them again i have used aquatower quite a few times always have a great customer service too
