Do not ever use this company if you or your client needs a foreign national loan. While this loan is not easy, a lender should know the requirements and tell the client the correct information from the beginning. This company changed and re-changed their demands on a daily basis. Only a few days before closing, knowing the buyer lacked a SSN and was not in possession of an EIN, the buyer was then told he had to pay another 1.5 per cent PLUS bring an additional 12K to the table to close. They have no idea what they are doing and made for a very stressful transaction for everyone. The buyer was able to close quickly with another lender, good for him! Maybe they are good for loans for US citizens, but I don't recommend them for foreign national loans.

I had the pleasure of dealing with David Moc from Acra Lending. I was trying to purchase a unique property that was very hard to find a lender to finance the property. David tried everything he could but unfortunately Acra Lending wasn't able to finance the property. David actually cared about my situation. He didn't make one dime off of me and he found a lender that could do the financing. Not only that, he stayed in contact with me and gave me advice anytimeI needed. If it wasn't for David I would not have gotten my property. It's nice to know that there are genuine people out in the business world that actually care about their clients. Acra Lending is lucky to have an employee such as David Moc. I will not even consider any other lender in the future.

This was the first loan that our firm closed with Acra. Rocco Chirico and Maria Bunes did an AWESOME job. We look forward to continuing to expand on our relationship and work with the ACRA team again.

I was extremely happy with the services at ACRA, as a business owner, I would highly recommend this lending company. Their professionalism was 2nd to none and will use them in the future.

The Acra Team headed by Stephen, Lauren and Rachel took a file that was denied by two other lenders to CTC in 14 days. I cant thank you enough. The closing and funding team were also put under pressure by the builder and they overperformed.

The Worst Mortgage Lender Experience Ever - Avoid Acra Lender!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Acra Lender for my mortgage, and I cannot stress enough how terrible it was. From start to finish, their communication was abysmal, and they consistently failed to get anything done in a timely or efficient manner.

One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with Acra Lender was their complete lack of communication. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a response from them, and when they did finally get back to me, it was often with vague and unhelpful answers. I constantly had to chase them down for updates, and even then, they seemed more interested in avoiding my questions than providing clear information. It's as if they had a policy of keeping their clients in the dark.

But it wasn't just their poor communication that left me dissatisfied; it was their inability to meet deadlines and fulfill their promises. They made grand commitments at the beginning of the process, promising to expedite my mortgage application and ensure a smooth closing. However, in reality, they failed to meet every single deadline they set. My application was delayed multiple times, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

To make matters worse, when they did finally take action, it was often riddled with mistakes and oversights. It was clear that they lacked attention to detail and failed to adequately review documents, which led to errors and further delays. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get them to rectify these issues.

In summary, my experience with Acra Lender was nothing short of a nightmare. Their terrible communication and inability to follow through on their promises made the entire mortgage process a stressful and frustrating ordeal. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Acra Lender to look elsewhere for a mortgage lender that values their clients and can actually get the job done. Avoid this lender at all costs!

Both Maria Bunes and Megan Willie were excellent to work with and helped make sure we closed on this loan over a week before the due date. Buyer, Seller and both agents were thrilled!! I have done several ACRA loans but this one was definitely the fastest most efficient process that I have experienced so far. Thank you to all involved especially Maria and Megan!

Lauren did a great job on communication and I feel the turn times have gotten shorter so that is good. Also closer/funder were on it with emails to title constantly until it funded. Great job all around!

Darci and Johnny were amazing. Docs and funding were very quick. Set up and underwriting were a little slower than I am used to.

Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I was not 100% satisfied with the communication from underwriting but that is not Daniel's fault. He was on top of this despite being a smaller loan amount. I appreciate his diligence and look forward to working with him in the future!

I had a great experience with this lending company. They do non-conventional loans, which was what I needed. And from the moment that I was put in contact with Jas Singh and his wonderful team member , Brandy Bandolas the process went very quickly. It was very smooth. I was treated with respect and kindness, and politeness. Highly professional, and everybody seem to know exactly what they needed to do and helped me to provide all the information that I needed to get this done. From start to finish we closed in less than a month, and I could not be happier with my experience!
