Hi John, the only 2 scenarios the quickfit connector of our hose would not fit your Low Port would be: 1. You are on R1234YF installation and require a small adapter - or - 2. You are on R134a and connecting it to the HP port instead.
We wished you have got in touch with our team first before leaving the review, as I'm sure we could solve this swiftly with you.

Great item and would buy from again
Great item - Cool 5. Worked brilliantly and with the Acrefill hose kit with R1234yf adaptor. Full35 psi in 20 seconds.
Only minor problem was took 4 days from order to delivery.

AC re-fill CUPRA 300
At first, i was dubious if this would work. For the price, i couldn't resist. Well, I'm so glad i done this! Local garages were quoting £150 for exactly this.
My car was 46°c when i got in it for this. Within 10 minutes, the car was reading 20.8°c
I'll be visiting this again, and again, and again! No doubts about it. Now I'm also intrigued as to what other products to look in to!
