Extremely professional service throughout. Every member of staff has been incredibly helpful and quick. Couldn’t be happier I chose to let with Acre Properties. As a busy young doctor I’ve been very pleased with how easy and stress-free the whole process has been. I have had a great experience with Acre Property. Starting with efficient arrangement of viewings - the agent proposed to show multiple properties on the same day. Then Tenancy Administrator dealt with preparation of all necessary documents and checks in 2 days!
They both explained everything well and were
very friendly, understanding and professional.

Very good company for finding a room in London. The process of viewing the room and finalising the contract was very simple and smooth.
The team is always quick in answering and helping and sending someone for repair if needed.

Rob and the team at Acre Properties have been dealing with an upgrade and refurbishment to a building in which I live. The guys working have been very respectful of others during the upgrade, have been very generous with the improvements made (offering to upgrade our communal areas for the benefit of all), been very approachable with regards to their plans and highly efficient in getting things completed. The work is to a great standard and I'm grateful that I have a neighbouring property under the care of this company.

From our initial contact, right through to signing the contracts, everybody we have dealt with has been truly 5-star! Alex, Jonathan, and Natalia have been brilliant. The property was exactly what we were looking for and we viewed it the same day we found it online!

Excellent service! After trying to find a property in London for several weeks with no result, Acre Properties was our saving grace! They agreed to meet us the same day with short notice and one of their agents Alex showed us round! He was very professional, knew his stuff, and made the viewing process very simple! After agreeing we wanted it, the rest of the process was very smooth and Natalia was perfect in getting all the documentation cleared as smoothly as possible! We are now moved in and love the place! Highly recommend their service for anybody who wants to experience a hassle free letting process in London!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided by Acre Properties. Ben was very nice and gave up his Sunday morning to show me multiple properties, all modern clean and spacious. Natalia was very lovely as well as efficient, prepared and thorough when it came time to deal with the paperwork. The whole process of finding an apartment and moving has been surprisingly stress-free this time around. Thanks again guys !

I have worked with Acre Properties for the last 5 years and can honestly say its been a pleasure working with them. The service, standard of their properties and their staff are fantastic. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Acre Properties to anyone.

I was so so so close to signing a contract with another agency, but received a viewing invitation from Acre Properties at last minute and they were able to arrange an immediate viewing within the next 30mins++. Absolutely satisfied with their service, and their properties - so far the best I came across out of 20+ viewings. Also visited their office in Chiswick for a surprise drop-in to check if they are legit and it was a pleasant experience there too. Everything was just flawless - including their contract, it is absolutely "the property" I'm looking for.

I have also had the privilege of meeting business professionals the likes of estate agents, a banking director, a surveyor, an interior designer, also a strictly star and a man by the name of Ian Thorpe who has helped provide clean water to 2.4 million underprivileged people across Africa, which i found very inspiring.

Acre Properties is a very welcoming and a friendly environment which made my time there very easy and comfortable. On countless occasions saw Acre staff go above and beyond for its tenants, one of the best customer service i have seen as due to their efficiency and care.

A fantastic, friendly service. From being shown around various flats, all the way to signing the paperwork. The staff here are kind, helpful and efficient. It definitely put me at ease when going through the process of renting a flat and finding the property which would suit me the most. I have worked with Chris for 3 years now and he's honestly by far one of the very best landlords I have worked with in my career to date. All properties which I manage for Chris are in excellent condition. Acre properties pride themselves when letting their properties to tenants who are claiming housing benefit and in return the tenants look after the properties as if its their own personal home. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to let their property privately.
