Purchased a plan with them. On getting started I realised it was much less than promised. Can celled on the day of purchase which had a 7 day free introductory period.
I received cancellation notice and confirmed that I would not be charged.

With a notice that the next payment would be taken a month later.
I re cancelled and contacted them. No apologies - just agreement to refund as if it was normal practice. I asked them to escalate my complaint. They wouldn't.
I asked them to provide with the details of the ombudsman that oversees them. They wouldn't.
I am so displeased with them, I will look to use and promote any software other than them going forward. Corporate arrogance gone mad!!!

I wondered what was going wrong with my PC, everytime anything was displayed, that needed a third party app to display it, was halfway across the screen with a left hand side panel full of junk. I eventually knocked the Adobe extension off my PC and everything was well again

Customer support is virtually non-existent. Their responses don’t address the actual request, and cases are closed so quickly that you’re forced to start a brand-new ticket just to follow up. Very poor experience
Very poor sign experience. Wish I would have read this prior to signing up!! I was so confused with everything. Could not actually save any file as a PDF!! Incredibly frustrating. No support at all. The AI support made me more frustrated. A very, very bad experience. Avoid this !!!!!
Not very useful. Customer Service is very bad
The app was not functioning well and i struggled with simple features. I only used it once, and it seems i subscribed to their services where i was charged a considerable amount of money. I claimed this to the Customer Service and they kindly agreed with refunding the charges. This was in May, and is now August and I still have not have their full refund in my account despite having this confirmed by them. Ok'is tool, very poor customer service

haha useless company.. i did some edits on a pdf in microsoft edge, but when i print the doc, the edits would not appear. So I thought surely if i print to pdf and then open in Adobe, then print, i will get a print with my comments on the pdf.. but no , just as useless, just the virgin document. I then opened the edge doc in Adobe, printed to pdf in Adobe, then printed, same problem, no comments on the print, USELESS. And AI is supposed to take over soon..

Absolutely abysmal customer service and product. I've been trying for months to contact them and can't get past the "Chatbot"......The features I'm paying for in the android app aren't working and no one at Adobe seems remotely interested.
Finally received an email offering resolution the other day. The agent needed certain information regarding android software version and description of problem etc....when I replied the mail bounced back as "Email address not in use"......honestly...these people couldn't run a bath.
I've now had enough and have cancelled my subscription.....Adobe will fleece me no longer!
Useless Customer service
All the agents sitting in India, leaving the conversation without resolving the issue, even the sales manager named Pallavi, didn’t bother to address my issue and left the conversation. My query was very simple, I sent them a file and asked them check why e signature is not getting saved on this file, none of the agents resolved the issue, extremely disgusting customer service. Minute 10 stars for such a pathetic customer service.
Adobe Acrobat is not intuitive and trash
Adobe Acrobat is not intuitive and the tools are too difficult to find. Acrobat was once very powerful in 7 clicks but now it takes 120 clicks to do the same work then it takes another 20 clicks to save your work outside of their cloud. If you have an old license for acrobat keep that if you need a new pdf tool look elsewhere because this product is dying a horrible death, and it will make you suffer.

Adobe Acrobat has a 30-second delay at startup, every single time. Imagine the delays when you're clicking around a file folder trying to find information in multiple files. It's intolerable, especially given the usurious fees I'm paying.

I signed up for membership for my education and got a deal for 20$/month. After that, I've used it for about 6 months but forgot to cancel it, and they raised the price to 35$/month without informing me, and canceling "early" will cost 130$. They have renewed a contract and raised the price, and it's impossible to cancel it. When contacting customer service, they offer a discount but it ties you up for another year, be careful. Real scam!
Be aware of licence renewal date
I am using adobe acrobat pdf editor last couple of years. however, i wanted to stop the auto renewal and forgetting the renewal date. today not even 2 weeks they auto renewed, but can't cancel the renewal !!! Just be careful about the auto renewal and their is no option to stop the auto renewal.
