I have contacted Acronis Customer help by phone (from France). My call was immediately answered by Nicoleta. She solved my problem at once, and she was very kind and pleasant to communicate and deal with.

Excellent customer service. The chat is handled by a real person. Quick, attentive and efficient. They resolved my issue by sending me detailed, personalised written instructions. I am very satisfied with this support service, which provided an effective solution to my problem.

Nothing worse than losing the data and programs in your computer. Sayand was very professional and helped me recover my programs and files. He is a valuable employee.

The support staff member was always friendly and polite, and responded quickly, promptly and professionally. I was extremely satisfied with him. All the problems were resolved.

One of the worst in customer service!

Is one of the worst companies I purchased a product from backing up my data when it comes to their service, not only that but it took almost 10 hours to backup my files.

On top of that the Customer Service keeps on telling me that they tried twice to reach me on the Phone, when in fact they did not, and they have the correct number and once in the past actually reached me.

The Installation Support never has happened as a result of it, I repied to the supports email and told the support that I am available for the support to reach me, 7 minutes after we were supposed to hold the phone conversation for them help me install the software, and told them to call me, but they never did.

Then I asked for a refund, they tried once more to offer their services but I lost trust that this will happen, therefore I ask them for a refund.

I received confirmation that the refund will be done, but again they lied about having tried to reach me by phone twice, yet could not reach me, even when I was available and I have again no missed calls from their support line, which would be the case if they tried to reach me by phone, if I did not pick up the phone.

Then I tried to call them myself, they are not reachable, everything is automated to a point were you are being directed to an automated voice messages that is play, and then the phone system hangs up on you, without being able to speak to anyone, no matter what button you press, one presses 3 to get to support, voice message tells you to go to the portal and hangs up on you, you presse 4 to get to another departement that can help out, it tells you that the voice message is full and hangs up on you.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

This time I bought 2025 upgrade version. Recently I changed email address. Because of this upgrade was no easy. I asked remote service and resolved very quickly.

Buyer beware - Acronis does not support the new ARM processors so the product is worthless for computers with this new processors.

Customer support understood my issue and quickly took the steps to get it resolved.

I had some technical problems with my Acronis True Image Premium. The technical expert that helped was very efficient and knowledgeable indeed. He solved all my problems in less than 15 minutes.

Tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Follow up was excellent.

Exceptional support. Issue resolved immediately. Love the product, especially active ransomware & malware protection.
