This company has gone into liquidation. Its director, Darren Johnson, has a history of failed companies. We lost a lot of money due to his absolute incompetence. He has already setup another company - Total MCS Limited - so beware anyone who gets involved. He misled us with false claims of membership of prestigious organisations. Some were entirely fictitious, some memberships had long lapsed and some ceased when the company ceased trading. Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), with which he had membership are one of the leading consumer organisations in the sector. They state, amongst other things, that members must have the legally required insurances to protect their clients in the event of the company ceasing to trade. Darren Johnson didn't bother with that and RECC didn't bother to check his credentials.

We got our Air source heat pump installed in 2022 and honestly felt they are the most professional people Nd did the job really well . When Daikan came to service the heat pump they said that the antifreeze was not put in the system and they would not give me the certificate and I could not get my warranty . I communicated this to Darren and since 7 months I am chasing them and they would not come to do complete the job .
All payments were made to them
On time. So honestly very disappointed. After care is really important and completing the job as well before taking all the money . I hope this review will get them back .

I hope these guys are better at their work than they are at driving. There was really no need to speed up behind me on the motorway flashing your lights and honking your horn just because I happen to be overtaking another car at the legal speed limit. Nor was there any need to make obscene gestures out of the window as you overtook me a few moments later.

Credit to Darren & Neil at Aircraft for their excellent heat pump installation at our house. Their expertise and sound advice has helped ensure our house is “greener” than before when we had the oil tank to heat both our house & hot water.

Big thank you too to their plumbers Ben, Jason & Dave who all done a sterling job in their pipework to connect the heat pumps to our radiators and underfloor heating too.

Cannot fault the Aircraft team on any aspect of the end-to-end work they did, their professionalism, regular contact & exemplary customer service. So glad we went with Aircraft as there are other companies out there who claim to be heat pump installers but do not have a clue or the aftercare post installation.
