false advertisement

you sent me the wrong item it took forever to arrive. just a very bad experience with you all. not.happy at all will never never order anything else . I want a refund as soon as possible.

Don’t believe the hype.

I think what went wrong is I saw this ad for the particular item that I ordered on Facebook as well as TikTok and I thought this is fabulous storage for items that I have and I would be able to see the items so I can get access to them quickly however, when I receive the product, I was quite disappointed in the size or the item and it was just very disappointing. It wasn’t what I saw advertised.

Terrible

Terrible. Took weeks to arrive. It was not as they presented it. All plastic tiny nozzle with severs unusable attachments. Not one fits a traditional water faucet as used in the USA.

My shipment never showed up

My shipment never showed up. I have emailed them 3 times about this with no response. I have asked for a refund with no avail so far. This shipment was sent to mail recovery in chicago by their own tracking number. With this review, hopefully somone will make contact.

I was badly misled by your…

I was badly misled by your advertisement. I was looking for big bags that would help me store my belongings, but what I got is for toddlers. I didn’t know that something extra-large would be so small.

My experience has not been a great one…

My experience has not been a great one so far. I expected the large bags to be large enough to store my seasonal clothes in (sweatshirts and pants). I received Children's Doll storage buckets. I will be sending them back for extra-large bags or a refund.
