Great products and fast issue resolution

I had an issue with a recent order that I communicated via Trustpilot, as my emails to Acta Sanctorum were bouncing back, due to a server error.

Eski emailed ASAP in relation to my review and has provided an immediate resolution to my issue, and assured me they would be working closely with customers going forward to avoid such issues arising.

Their products have always been made using high quality, high GSM cotton and their designs are spot on. This is the first time I have needed to liaise directly with the company however, and I have to say the customer service provided was brilliant👍🏼

Worst Experience I've Had Yet!

I have been a loyal customer of Acta Sanctorum and have ordered from the very start of their brand launch on Instagram, and have been provided with extremely poor customer service on my latest order, and still have missing items from my latest order!

My order was placed on 5th September, and it was only by the 11th September that I was notified my order was split into two deliveries. The second delivery finally reached me by the 30th September (25 days later!), and I am still missing two items from my initial order!

I have tried to contact Acta Sanctorum via 3 different communications - website online chat service, email and Instagram, but I have had no replies on any platform apart from a tracking number for the second delivery.

Overall, I am very disappointed and am still owed the two missing items or a refund and my money back for the missing items (however it is looking increasingly likely that I will get neither of these)! It's sad as I have been a fan and loyal customer of the brand from the very start, and have ordered many times for me and my friends from the website.

Unbelievable

Unbelievable. The best in the business, this business will go all the way for sure, material spot on, delivery always on time.

Good Clothes

The clothing is really good. Customer service was excellent.

Need to change delivery from Evri - far too slow and

Delivery time

Delivery time , time of dispatch , and when dispatched both items ordered were sent separately with two different delivery companies

Hey we spoke to you via instagram with a proposed solution your order was sent with two separate couriers as we were having problems with parcels not being delivered with one courier. You have been refunded for the item you have not received and you have been sent out a replacement for the missing item!
