No delivery No updates

I placed my order on the 21st of March. Latest on tracking status states that it has been in the sorting station since the 2nd of April with no expected delivery date. I have tried to contact them and no response. The bot on website is of no help. Should have checked the reviews...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Worst experience ever.
I deeply regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I placed my order on the 2nd, but it still hasn't been shipped. Today is 6th Mar. I've sent 5 different messages asking to cancel, but they are completely ignoring me. They don't read WhatsApp messages, and emails are useless. I'm desperate to cancel this order right now, but they are totally unreachable. Please, save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT BASED IN AMSTERDAM, IT IS A FRONT FOR A CHINESE SCAM. YOU PLACE AN ORDER, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO PRODUCT ARRIVES, THEY IGNORE EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, AND LIVE ONLINE CHAT. WE HAVE NOW REPORTED TO OUR BANK AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, READ THE REVIEWS, AND DO NOT LOOSE 280 EUROS AS I DID.

Left with a beanbag without any filling...

Beanbag has arrived (much later than was advertised) without the filling.

No update on the filling being shipped. Has now been almost a month.

Won't pick up the phone. AI chatbot on the sight is useless and customer service has never responded.

Would expect a lot more for the price.

This is an absolutely shit web shop

This is an absolutely shit web shop. I have ordered some lamps in the first week October and was given a date of delivery. The items were never delivered. And to top it off the customer service is so incredibly slow and bad with responding. If there was a zero star option I would choose it because I still don’t have my products and I’ve spent 130 euros.

This is not a real business

30 days since registered mail return of unopened original package. Confirmed receipt and even given factuur over Whatsapp. No refund , no further communication. Next step contacting their business bank to file fraud complaint.

This is not a real business. It's a shopify front for temu quality items shipped out of mainland china. Just go over to temu to buy the same stuff for 1/10 price. ali express for OTAUTAU. you will find everything under 50 euros.

The response to trustpilot review is the only contact.

Multiple whatsapp/emails completely unanswered.

Partial order delivered - 3 giant boxes of grey beads. No covers. Track and Trace does not work.

Return instructions, all at your own cost to multiple address across belgium, germany and netherlands.

There is nothing personal in this review. You state guaranteed satisfaction and refund. Yet it will cost me close to 100 euros to return 3 giant 1.5m x 1m x 1m boxes filled with foam balls. You shipped these even after I sent you messages to cancel the order. Even now, I have no email responses, no responses to the business Whatsapp.

I have a track and trace from mainland china with no updates. €700 euros paid up front. 4 weeks since I paid. Still no complete delivery so I can follow your cryptic return policy at my own cost.

Try responding, acknowledging and arranging to actually cancel and refund the money you've charged for no delivery.

Terrible!!!!

Terrible!!!!! Never received the product, never an email reply, tried a chatbot and no one ever called back!!! SCAM!!!!! On their website they also giving a scam not correct score of Trustpilot so I suggest you sue them for the fraud.
Update: they have given a week ago a tracking number which is not real because PostNL website says it does not exist and on top of that it does not even move in status at all.
Now, in the answer you ask to contact you, I tried by email and phone several times - no reply at all.

No delivery of couch and no contact with seller

Had some delivery delays, but was able to come to an amicable solution after my couch was delivered. The company compensated me with a very generous discount and the couch is really nice.

End result matters

End result matters! Top notch! A litte bit hesitant in the beginning. I still placed the order. Cover and filling arrived. I have put the filling myself. With a little bit of logic, the filling balls won't make mess. I just want to give the 5 as the product is exactly how was shown in picture.

Terrible to fill the bag

Never heard of drop shipping, but 175 euros for a DIY beanbag is ridiculous! Despite instructions, filling the bag was horror. Difficult and the whole house is now polluted with the white foam. By the way, these negative reviews do not make it to their website either. Not fair. Stop it.

The worst I've ever encountered

I deeply regret not checking Trustpilot before placing my order. I ordered an item from them on September 24th and still haven’t received it. I've reached out multiple times via their WhatsApp contact, but they’ve been completely unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to wait. Now, they don’t even bother replying.

According to their website, I was supposed to receive my order by October 10th. The last update on the tracking number was on October 11th, and since then, there have been no further updates or responses. At this stage, I’m not even sure if I’ve been scammed.

Please avoid this company. As others have mentioned, it's just a drop-shipping point from China with the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Don’t buy here!

I wouldn't give it any star but you can't, the worst service ever, they don't answer emails or whatsapps, I regret not having read the reviews. In my case, I placed an order around 7am and sent an email and whatsapp of cancellation around 8am, time before the business begins to work (9am) and they never answered me, the next day in the afternoon they sent me an email "your order has been sent", a disaster! And even then they didn't answer my emails and WhatsApp. Now I received the item and they want me to pay for the return, unbelievable!

Do not buy here!

Watch out, I think this is a dropshipping company. Sender was Hong Kong international. Product was incomplete, no nuts and bolts. Unreadable manual. Actdesignshop did not respond to mail nor telephone.
