Absolutely amazing result from the wrist brace for Carpel tunnel syndrome in my left hand first good night's sleep for some time, don't know how this company can provide such a great piece of equipment for such a modest price.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. However, instructions for fitting the thumb Spica splint would have been helpful, as I struggled to work it out.

A relatively uncostly item - a carpal tunnel splint which was £14-99. Free postage with Royal Mail. Ordered Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. Certainly a first class service. My wife is pleased with the split, size ordered fits correctly, and she says that she has already benefitted by using it as recommended.

Cheaper direct than on third party websites. When I communicated with them as I ordered the wrong item they responded promptly. Dispatched quickly. High quality product and comfy to wear. Doesn't irritate my eczematous skin.

I wanted to take advantage of some price reductions on the website and emailed the company seeking some advice on materials. They were extremely helpful and answered my questions fully. Order placed, I was expecting the items to take a while to arrive as Christmas post has been very dodgy, but within 2 working days my items arrived and I am very happy with all of them. I bought Actesso Wrist Support Splint (Beige Breathable Pair Right & Left) for my partner who has Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both wrists. It is suggested on their website that if your wrist measures slightly over the latter end of a size, it is best to order the next size up, so I ordered medium. The photo depicted on the Actesso website is misleading, as it does not look like that when on. The rough stitching irritated my partner's skin. This was within one hour of use, and the metal inserts are too rigid and left my partner in more pain than they were already in. At just under £24 I would have expected something better I would not recommend this product. I have now received a refund for the item although I wasn't reimbursed for the postage.
