I just had Omar of ActFast Solutions service my boiler. He arrived on time, explained clearly everything he was doing, and showed me any issues or interesting features of my heating system. He gave me some helpful suggestions for improving my heating system. He did a quick initial test and determined that I did not need the more expensive full stripdown service. I'm now confident that my boiler is in good working condition and will continue to serve me reliably for another year. Excellent service.

Omar came out at short notice. Our year old boiler was having its service, but was disabled by the engineer because there was a screw missing. Omar made a temporary safe repair to get the boiler going again. A week later he returned with the necessary part,. He also did the boiler service for us. Would thoroughly recommend Omar who is very thorough and professional.

Omar has replaced 3 radiators, and power flushed our central heating system. He is very thorough and conscientious and explains everything he does. Highly recommended.

We had a leak on our water cylinder and from the moment I called act fast solutions they were fantastic! Omar went above and beyond! Problem is now sorted. Very responsive and fast at replying to messages and phonecalls. This company exceeded our expectations and omar was brilliant, very polite and courteous. Very clean and tidy and most importantly an expert in his field and talked s through everything. Would highly recommend
