So far so good!, We are starting our journey with Action Coach, we are very excited and happy to work with them.

Professional and caring experts

Not a good fit in terms of coach and client. No discernible assistance and intense focus on manual cash flow report which was not where my business nor I needed assistance. When communication ball was dropped, blame was placed on me rather than on fixing the problem. Lots of personality tests were done but very little attention was paid to the outcomes as it may have been a good indicator that it wasn't going to work.

I have been working with Jody and Doug since December. They are available to me when I need them. They have helped me see the possibilities in my business, beyond the obvious. Most importantly,
they have me thinking about the business side in a more methodical way, rather than just what makes sense to me, a solo entrepreneur. I am working in a way that uses my strengths more effectively, not just running around trying to do everything. They have helped me to think more strategically about my business, but they have worked with on the tactics I need to proceed forward with these strategies. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
