Actioneer is an enterprise AI platform that builds and deploys AI agents directly into the operational workflows of large organizations, across growth, revenue, risk, and finance functions. Unlike generic AI tools that wait to be prompted, Actioneer's agents run inside workflows and do the work autonomously. The platform is built around a core belief: the gap between enterprise AI ambition and enterprise AI reality is not a model problem, it is an infrastructure problem. Most organizations have the desire to be AI-native but lack the unified context, governance, and operational continuity to make it real. Actioneer closes that gap. What Actioneer Builds? Actioneer deploys across three primary agent categories. Growth Ops Agents serve marketing and growth teams, handling audience segmentation, funnel diagnosis, churn cohorts, and ROAS analysis. Risk and Portfolio Ops Agents serve credit and collections teams, surfacing early delinquency warnings, collections prioritization, and portfolio visibility. Distribution and Cross-Sell Ops Agents help RM teams identify next-product opportunities, dormant account reactivation, and in-market intent signals. The Platform - Six integrated modules power the platform: a Unified Context Engine, Orchestration Runtime, Operational Playbook Studio, Continuous Observability, Enterprise Data Connectors, and Governance and Access Control. Actioneer is read-only by default, connecting to data where it already lives across Snowflake, Salesforce, Stripe, and others, without ingesting or relocating anything. Engagements and Credibility - Engagements follow a structured three-phase model: Map, Build, and Run, with the first live capability typically deployed within 2 to 4 weeks. Actioneer ranks number one on the DABstep benchmark for enterprise data agents, ahead of NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Google. The platform is SOC 2 certified, HIPAA-aligned, ISO 27001 certified, and GDPR compliant.

Standardizing org data with a shared context layer

The main problem any BFSI company in the age of AI, faces is to find a way to create a shared context layer - a layer that stays within the premises (not on cloud) , provides access to llms and also makes the output consistent. If I want to know my CAC - I should be able to ask this layer and get an answer and the answer should be same everytime I ask or my co-founder asks. That is the real advantage of using a platform like Actioneer - you are not storing any confidential data in the cloud while deriving the productivity gains of using AI
