Total Facebook Scam!

Bought a wood holder from a Facebook post, paid for it via PayPal, disputing charge, filed mail fraud charges with the US Postal Service as they mailed a worthless trinket to me with tracking.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM! Please avoid or lose your money. Paid €43 for a cat tree, received a torn envelope with a free key ring and a card telling me my order was on the way - when it never arrived contacted the store only to have them tell me it was delivered. As they put a tracking number on the envelope. As I binned it they kept asking for photos, have daily emails from them asking for the same thing and offered me a refund of €3 - total scam. Never order from them again as this is how they rip people off!

Seemed legit based on page…

Seemed legit based on page advertisement was posted. I Ordered a wooden hot stone heating box March 4th and then after a few weeks followed up to learn it had not been processed yet. The Customer Service rep seemed apologetic and said the order was shipped. The tracking page indicated the order was shipped to my mailbox, but nothing to be found. Both my husband and I were home and had been receiving a variety of deliveries from different venues, so find it odd it was not received. Customer Service rep said it was delivered and there was nothing that could be done. Scammed. Lesson learned

If it looks too good to be true ...it is.

If it looks too good to be true? This store recently came to my attention via a Facebook ad selling a $200 product (in most other stores) for $35. I got scammed by a similar store a few months back. Although prices are quoted in your home currency they are taken always in US$. After purchase you find the item is coming from China and takes two or three MONTHS to arrive. When it does it is nothing like described (a cheap toy or child’s version of the adult item you ordered) by that time the company has shut down. Purchase price too low for a credit card claim. PayPal will want you to send the item back before refunding you (at your expense)
The final indication that this is the same scam site? The contact email. An outlook.com emai, address.. really?
Don’t be caught out. I’d bet my life this is the same scamming set up
